Our returns policy for our glitter items is as follows:
1. Cosmetic items unfortunately cannot be returned, due to the nature of the item. This is for health and safety reasons, so please be careful when ordering to ensure the correct colours are purchased.
2. Colours may vary from what is shown on your computer screen due to the different natures of individual monitors. However, we try to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions.
3. In the rare instance that we have sent the wrong colour in error (we're human!) please get in touch and we will rectify any mistakes immediately.
4. Non-glitter/cosmetic goods may be returned in an unused condition for an exchange or refund within SEVEN days of receipt. Once received back, your PayPal account will be credited within THREE working days.
5. It is advisable to ask at your local Post Office for a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING when returning goods as your proof of return. If you wish, you can also exchange non-glitter/cosmetic goods for any other goods, either entirely, or in part, and receive the balance back in either as a PayPal credit, or a store credit.
6. Postage is none refundable. The Customer is also responsible for their own return postage unless the fault is ours. We are a very small business, working with a tiny profit margin and unfortunately we are unable to provide this service.
